U14: Walnut Natural Edge Urn

Description

This stunning lidded vessel was made from locally sourced walnut.  Care must be taken as the natural edge is fragile.  The lid is made from pieces of walnut combined with resin with a walnut finial all created and turned on the lathe.  It has a brass threaded insert.  This urn could be used for a beloved pet or as a keepsake urn for a portion of the ashes of a loved one.
